Fluency Lab provides the following language learning services:

  • Custom-made courses and programs for professionals worldwide, delivered directly to the customer via Zoom by professional Spanish language tutors.

  • Industry tailor-made courses provided to Construction contractors in the USA and Canada via Zoom as Spanish skills training programs for HR and Site Work personnel.

  • Industry-specific courses provided to Healthcare professionals in the USA to improve their Spanish skills.

 

3. User Eligibility

  • Age restrictions: Our programs are created for professionals. We do not offer services for children or teenagers.

  • Geographical restrictions: Our services are provided worldwide.

 

4. User Accounts

  • Account Creation: To access our services, users may need to create an account on our platform. This process involves providing accurate and complete information, including name, email address, and other relevant details.

  • User Responsibilities: Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information, including passwords. Users must notify Fluency Lab immediately of any unauthorized use of their account or any other breach of security.

6. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Prices vary according to the services provided to individuals (lesson packages and plans) or, in the case of businesses, the number of trained participants and the desired length of the course.

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via bank transfer, credit card, debit card (via Stripe), and PayPal.

  • Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy:

    • Individual lessons or packages: Cancellations made more than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time will receive a credit to reschedule the session. Cancellations made less than 12 hours before the scheduled lesson time are not eligible for rescheduling credit.

    • Refunds are not provided as a standard policy. However, users may contact Fluency Lab to explain their circumstances, and refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

    • Corporate training programs: Customized cancellation and rescheduling policies will be outlined in the contract for each corporate client.

    • Fluency Lab reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered a credit to reschedule the session.

Prohibited Activities:

  • Sharing account credentials with unauthorized individuals.

  • Uploading or sharing any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.

  • Using the services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

  • Interfering with or disrupting the services or servers and networks connected to the services.

 

9. Liability Limitations

  • Fluency Lab provides its services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.

  • Fluency Lab is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.

  • Our liability to you for any cause whatsoever and regardless of the form of the action, will at all times be limited to the amount paid, if any, by you to us for the services during the term of membership.

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

  • Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

11. Termination

Fluency Lab reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms and Conditions.

Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease. If you wish to terminate your account, you may simply discontinue using the service.

All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.
